what this means

  • Blog posts — written by me, from scratch. No prompts, no drafts, no "polish".
  • About, now, uses — all me. The lists, the descriptions, the awkward phrasing.
  • Code — written by me, sometimes with documentation open. That's not AI, that's Google.
  • Comments in the source — me, at 2am, writing notes for future me.

what this doesn't mean

  • I don't hate AI. I use it for brainstorming, for rubber-ducking, for "what's the syntax for this again". That's a tool, not a writer.
  • I don't judge people who use it. You do you. This is just my stance for this site.
  • I don't pretend I'm perfect. Some of my writing is not great. It's still mine.
